POSTERS
All accepted posters will be presented at the congress site. The poster should be one piece only.
Poster size: DIN A0 = 46,81 inch (height) x 33,11 inch (width) // 118,9 cm x 84,1 cm
PROJECTION
Exclusively PowerPoint-presentations will be possible (on CD or USB-stick). If possible, please prepare PowerPoint-files compatible with MS-Office for Windows (all versions). Speakers using a Mac are kindly requested to bring their own notebook with VAC connection cable.
The presentations must to be handed over at the Media Check at least 30 min. before the talk is to be presented. At the MediaCheckIn some PCs will be available so you can check your presentation. In case you give several talks, all presentation can be handed over together with the first talk.
There will be no media or own Laptops accepted in the lecture hall.
PUBLICATION
A syllabus of ISIORT 8 will be completed at the time of the conference, and all registered participants receive one copy .
EXHIBITION
A commercial exhibition will be held during the meeting.

Chance of rain: 15 out of 30 days. So, please take along an umbrella and raincoat.
